Returns Policy

If you wish to return your item(s) follow the returns procedure below. Items must be unworn, in their original condition & packaging and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned goods normally take around 10 working days to arrive back and for a refund to be processed. For your Right to Cancel, please see section 7 of our t&c’s.

    • Ensure Item(s) are securely packaged for return.
    • Firmly attach your chosen returns label ensuring the barcode is clearly visible.
    • Keep proof of postage or tracking code - we'll need this if there are issues with your return.

Extended Christmas Returns

Any orders placed on or after Monday 11th November can be returned until 14th January. Any orders placed over Christmas will still have the standard 30-day returns period applied so orders placed on Christmas Eve will still be able to be returned until the 23rd Jan. Refunds will be offered in accordance with your statutory rights (which remain unaffected). Please retain the receipt as proof of purchase.

Our returns options:

Evri ParcelShop Returns £3.95

Fill in the Returns Form that was enclosed with your order and drop off your parcel at one of over 5,000 local shops Find your local shop.

You will be given a tracking code so that you can follow your parcel’s progress back to us. Alternatively, click the create label link and follow the simple on-screen instructions (you’ll need a printer)

Please Note: You will not have to pay upfront for delivery via Rebound. The £3.95 is deducted from the overall refunded amount.

 

Store Returns FREE

Items purchased on Wynsors.com can be returned to any of our stores. You may also exchange your item in a store. Please take along the following with your item:

    • Your confirmation email (either printed or on our phone/tablet)
    • The credit/debit card used to pay for the order. If you used PayPal ensure you take the card linked to your PayPal account.
    • Your returns form

Klarna Returns

If you’ve paid for your items via Klarna, these items can unfortunately only be returned via post and won’t be processed in-store.

 

Exchanges

We are unable to process any exchange requests by post. If you require an exchange, please take your item(s) to a store of your choice. Alternatively, you will need to return your item for a refund and place a new order online.

 

Bought your item in store?

If you bought your items in one of our stores please return to any of our stores, within 30 days of purchase, with your receipt for your refund or exchange.

 

Faulty (or Damaged) Returns

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team. You will need to inform them of your order number and the issue with the item. The team will then advise you on how to proceed.

If you are asked to return your item, all goods believed to be faulty must be returned using the returns label provided to ensure you are not charged for postage as we are unable to reimburse your own postage if paid.

If items are returned without being asked to, and they are not faulty, you will be asked to arrange collection of the item.

You can also return the item to any of our Wynsors stores, simply bring your delivery note and/or receipt.

 

International Returns

Should you not live in the UK you can return your item directly to us. Please contact our Customer Service Team for more information.

 

Cancel an Order

There is only a very limited period of time where an order can be cancelled before it’s dispatched. You can call us on 01706 871 910 and we'll try our best to help. If your order has already been processed, dispatched or delivered, you’ll need to follow our returns procedure above.

 

Change an Order

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed (product, quantities or delivery address). Please ensure you review all your details before you complete the checkout process.
